BellaPelle Skin Studio began in 2002 and my tech-savvy partner researched the offerings available at that time. He chose Salon Iris due to all of the features, functionality and design. Since then we've periodically compared our software to others that industry magazines and friends have used and we always come back with the same comment "thank goodness we have Salon Iris".I have no idea what goes into creating a software but I can tell you that developing a business that grows by leaps and bounds, stays on top and ahead of the game in this day and age, is no easy task. The creators at Salon Iris have done just that and my business has benefited greatly as a result. From the upgrades to the tech support (which I have to use rarely) the company is a leader. Our studio had online booking well before any of our neighbors, my staff can see their appointment book off-site plus, I can set controls for any situation and feel that my client information is safe.Since I focus only on skin care, I find myself using other salon software to book appointments for my personal haircuts, mani/pedi's and such and again my comments and thoughts are of how lucky I am. There may be a better software out there but I've yet to come across it. There's something to be said for business longevity and Salon Iris has that aspect too.Additionally, I love the mobile app and service. It allows me to keep up with the studio while I'm away and I can make/view and change appointments from my phone. Well if you are looking for a product to make your life easier , look no further ! This product is very easy to use as well as the customer support is top notch! This software keeps you , the business owner , organized, and keeps you informed with your business ! it has great reports, payroll is great , no need for a payroll company! If you have a smart phone you can see what is going on in your business at any time! That is great when I go away! The online booking is a great thing that allot on my customers like! Allot of them travel , so they can book an appointment while they are away, and they get a what they want ! It a win win for both of us! This product was made with the owners in mind! And they are always looking to make it better, so they get there ideas from us, the owners! So if you are looking for a great software to run your business , I would highly recommend this one!Bill
